Need to set a specific order to your Creative Team for your Marquee? Scroll down to Creative Team submission panel and select Set Order. You can then choose the order of the bios. The default order is alphabetical by last name.

Welcome to your Client Dashboard!
This Onboarding tutorial will introduce you to the dashboard's main features and how to go about making your first marquee. You can revisit this tutorial at anytime
on the dashboard. You can also explore our Knowledge Base or reach out to our team with any questions.
Dashboard Panel
Welcome to the Dashboard Tab. This contains an overview of your subscription, including a list of your Marquees. Each has a link to view, as well as a link to download the QR code that will open the Marquee.
Marquee Builder
The Marquee Builder is where you will create your Marquee. If you are a monthly subscriber, simply hit the Create New Marquee button to add a new Marquee to your dashboard. If you are an Event user, that button will prompt the purchase of your next Event Marquee.

Each New Marquee is shown with its forms listed in recommended order of completion. Once the forms are completed, you can edit your submissions in the Form Submissions panel.
Form Submissions
This is where you can view and edit all of your submissions. Simply navigate to the form you wish to change, hit the Update button, and the form will reopen with your information pre-populated for you to edit as needed.

We are working on a solution to better process images added in the Rich Text fields on various forms. While we are implementing that change, the ability to add images and media to those inputs will be temporarily paused, in order to ensure there is no disruption to your workflow.

Connect Sponsors, Donors, Grantors and Tributes from the Builder

Marquee Pro members can now add existing Sponsors, Donors, Grantors and Tributes from the Marquee Builder. To create new ones, click the "+" button in each respective panel on the Sponsors & Donors section of the Marquee Database.

We are excited to announce a streamlined use of Local items in the Marquee Pro. Now, whenever you start a new Marquee, the Local items used in your previous Marquee will be automatically added–removing the need to re-add individual businesses with each Marquee. You will now see the full list of Grab a Bite and Raise a Glass businesses from the Local button in the Marquee Builder, where you can easily remove or add additional Local items from your database.

Reuse Artist in new Marquees

You can now Choose artists that have used in previous Marquees and add them to new Marquees, so you don't have to duplicate information. Use the 'Reuse Artist Bios' button on the People tab in the Marquee Database, for both performing artists and creative team members.
