Matthew Stern

Matthew Stern is Founder of the Broadway Stage Management Symposium, an experienced Theatre & Event Stage Manager, and Educator.

Some of his 20 Broadway productions include: Come From Away, Finding Neverland, On The Town, Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark, The Little Mermaid, Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera, The Full Monty, Death Of A Salesman, and An Evening with Patti LuPone & Mandy Patinkin. Tours and Events include: Les Miserables, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, The Lord of the Rings Symphony Concerts, Billy Crystal's 700 Sundays as well as numerous corporate events in the tech, pharma, & financial industries around the world & online.

Matthew serves on the Board of Directors of the Stage Managers Association USA, teaches at SUNY Purchase, and is passionate about leadership and the impact it can have on the world.
